The school collects the following information on it's Application form:-
Name
Address
Contact Phone No
Emergency contact No
Email address
D.O.B
Any relevant medical Information

This information is required to enable the school to:- Send the termly newsletter, fees breakdown and timetable  by post, exam entry to recognised exam boards or competition entry to the same ( just name and D.O.B).
Relevant Medical issues are noted for safe teaching practice .
And text is used for any issues that need resolving quickly. All the above data is not stored electronically but in the school office registers which re kept in a locked cupboard and not shared with anyone else. Once a pupil has not attended the school for more than a year all the information is destroyed. The only information stored electronically is of those pupils on the school agency where being suggested for a job is only possible electronically.
The school will add data to the application form noting exam passes and various other credits such as BG badge/competition results.
